Organizational Validation Certificates usually take up to 3 days to be issued following owner approval.
Extended Validation Certificates usually take up to 10 days to be issued following owner approval. These Certificates can take long if additional documentation is required.

Most SSL Certificates include the appropriate CA Bundle in the email you receive on purchase. You can download the CA Bundle directly from the Certificate Authority if you did not receive it.
