The built in file manager through the cPanel control panel that your hosting comes with is capable of transferring your files as you need. If you are transferring large amounts of files or files larger than 20MB, it is recommended to use a 3rd Party FTP client such as Filezilla. You can create and manage your FTP account credentials in cPanel as well.
In most cases we provide free cPanel transfers in the first 30 days of signup. If your not on cPanel, it is nothing to worry about. Our Migration Team can get you a quote on moving over your website for you.
